Atta durum flour
Onions chopped
Brar's Malai Paneer grated
potatoes grated boiled
Amchoor (mango powder)
Salt to taste
Chopped Ginger
Coriander leaves lots
Green chillies according to taste.
Cumin coarsely ground 2 tsp.
Turmeric pinch
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Ghee for basting
To serve with Makhni, lassi and Dahi (Curd)
