Made with just quinoa and chia seeds, these healthy quinoa wraps are a delightful addition to any meal. It is nutritious and protein rich love.
One cup Quinoa - Soak it in water overnight. Now in a blender, add Quinao and 2 tbs chia seeds. Add cold water and ice just to bring it to a runny consistency by blending it in a blender.
Brush some ghee or olive oil and add batter just like you are making a regular roti or a pancake.
Cook both sides and use them with lots of different fillings. I eat it, and I just drink my tea. I make few ahead of time and store in a ziploc bag.
