Have this thing happened to you, that you have had that awesome pesto in your pizza and you wanted more pesto but couldn't? So don't be sad in this blog; I will tell you how you can make this fantastic Italian sauce at home with my Desi Twist, so let's go to Incidents.
Ingredients
Basil leaves 1 cup.
Mint leaves 1/2 cup.
Spinach leaves 1 cup.
Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup
Olive oil 1/2 cup to 1 cup
Garlic cloves 3-4
Pine nuts 1/2 cup
Cashews 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Method
To start, gather your basil, mint, and spinach leaves with Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic cloves, pine nuts, cashews, and a pinch of salt; pour some more olive oil so the pesto emulsifies. Blend these ingredients in a food processor until you achieve a smooth and fragrant pesto sauce bursting with flavor.
This homemade pesto is not just a condiment; it's a culinary masterpiece that can be drizzled over pasta, spread on sandwiches, or used as a dip for crusty bread. The possibilities are endless when you have a jar of this homemade goodness in your fridge.
