Jasjit Kaur, Chef cooking classes instructor based in Cambridge Ontario, has been here in Canada for 20 years. She has a passion for cooking and sharing knowledge with her adult attendees to kids who wants to learn traditional Indian cooking from her. She had her own cooking show with Rogers Waterloo Ontario named Tadka Kitchen Punjabi. She has been featured in acclaimed newspapers like Toronto star to Edmonton journal and many more. She has been on CBC radio and breakfast television with food segments. Currently she works full time with metro truck group as service advisor coordinator and teaches cooking with Loblaw’s, Sobeys, and Zehrs cooking schools as a chef on weekends. She was nominated for ymca entrepreneur category in Edmonton. She taught in NAIT Alberta and Niagara college in continuing education.
